Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Returns are handled by Sack Boyz Entertainment directly: email us first and we will send you the return instructions.

Digital downloads (e.g. the "Fi Fa Fo" MP3, $0.99) are delivered as a file download after checkout and are not returnable, except where the file itself is defective — in that case we will re-deliver or refund it.
